US Clinical Researcher Competition
Terms & Conditions
The US Clinical Researcher Competition is open to clinical researchers in pharma, CROs and
investigator sites who currently work in the USA, in the following categories :
- Study Nurse/Clinical Research Coordinator
- Clinical Research Associate/Site Manager (up to four years of experience)
- Clinical Research Associate/Site Manager (four plus years of experience)
- Trial Manager/Study Leader/Project Manager
- Applications will only be accepted on-line via the official competition website www.usclinicalresearcher.com and only accepted
when the candidate indicates a positive approval from their managers.
- All Multiple Choice Questionnaire entries must be received by January 11th, 2010, midnight EST.
- All Clinical Challenge entries must be received by January 11, 2010, midnight EST.
- Each candidate confirms their ability to fund overnight attendance at the finals and the Awards ceremony.
- All materials submitted will remain strictly confidential to the Executive Steering Committee, the judges and the organizer, PharmaTimes.
- PharmaTimes cannot be held responsible for late or lost entries.
- The First prize for each category is 1000 US dollars, Second Prize is 500 US dollars and Third Prize
is 200 US dollars.
- All finalists will be required to give contact details from three stakeholders with whom they have worked in the last 12 months and inform those named
stakeholders that the organizers will contact them to seek feedback on their
performance. This information will remain confidential between the stakeholders, the organizer, the judges and the Executive Steering Committee and will not be divulged to the candidate or anyone else.
- Only one entry from each candidate will be accepted per year.
- For any candidate knowingly providing false information on their application, the organizers reserve
the right to withdraw any award from that individual, publicize the withdrawal and present the award to
another candidate.
- All Entrants must agree to publicity in respect to their entry, both before and after the Awards event
at which the winners will be announced.
- Finalists must be able to attend the finals day on April 29, 2010 and are expected to attend the Awards
Dinner on the same day.
- The Executive Steering Group reserve the right to withdraw or transfer the award at their absolute discretion.
- Copyright of all materials assembled by the organizer of the Competition will remain the property of the
organizer.
- By registering and completing the entry form for the competition you agree to these Terms and Conditions
